Patrick from Hertfordshire, UK submitted this review on March 26th 2007 at 07:22 AM. Patrick is an end user who has six months to a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Light for a trike, very rigid, wide range of options and adjustbility. Quick and mostly reliable. Excellent controls of brake and 9 speed 'front' gears. Q/R wheels make transport and puncture repair easy.
Weaknesses:Rear Q/R wheels noisy over bumps. Chainring changer needs hand to be taken off handles, but works ok. Parking brake hard to adjust unless doing major service, but works well. Turning radius limited - only a low speed issue, but you have to adapt technique to avoid handles fouling frame.
Comments:Very high build quality, capable of serious speed. Highly recomended.

Daniel from Shelby Twp., Mi, USA submitted this review on October 14th 2006 at 12:34 PM. Daniel is an end user who has one to six months of experience with the product.
Strengths:Good looking. A lot of color choices. Very rigid frame. Looks reliable and strong. The crank tower does not flex.
Weaknesses:The chain rubs against the brake caliper when using the small chain ring. The bike came equipped with 22-32-42 teeth chain rings which are too small for a serious rider. No more twist shifter on the handle for the front derailleur (as Sopur 470); the front derailleur has a lever mounted on it and it is tricky to change the speeds
Comments:Sunrise Medical form and parts manual specify 26-36-48 teeth chain rings standard at no extra cost. I received much smaller chain rings. To change the rings to standard size costs $825! The chain rubs against the brake when using the small chain ring. Even the bike has 27 speeds; only 18 speeds can be used. Long lead time for any parts as the bike is made overseas.

marc from south wales,uk submitted this review on October 12th 2005 at 06:52 AM. marc is an end user who has less than a month of experience with the product.
Strengths:great lookin machine, good adjustability so it can be dialled in to fit perfectly, good choice of colours, i've got the shark s with detachable fork so it packs down quite small to fit in my hatch back(ford focus), good components, very comfortable seating, overall an awsome bike.
Weaknesses:it needs quite a large turning circle, but i suppose all trikes do.
Comments:havent had this bike long but loved it as soon as i got on it, i'm a t4 para and i can manage to get the bike in and out of the car myself so its quite light when taken apart. transferring was a bit tricky first off but easy when you've done it a few times.
