Lynne from Eugene, OR, US submitted this review on March 18th 2012 at 02:47 AM. Lynne is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Easy to travel with. Assembles quickly and fits in a car trunk.
Weaknesses:I used the scooter about five times for travel on business and to see family. Virtually every time there have been problems. It seems to short out with a little bump or randomly lose power. Lst week we were on Hollywood Blvd when it died. Also didn't have much powere to get over the inclines at LAX
Comments:I am getting rid of the Guardian and purchasing another scooter.

Strengths:Very easy to laod into the trunk by myself. Still lasts all day still on an overnight charge.
Weaknesses:Load carring capacity is limited.
Comments:I have tried many other makes and models and am very happy with the purchase that I made 6 years ago! It is still going strong!

Lee from Cincinnati submitted this review on July 14th 2009 at 04:36 PM. Lee is an end user who has over five years of experience with the product.
Strengths:Light, compact, inexpensive
Weaknesses:weak motor - need a push up hills and I weigh around 160. Tiller electronics have been an issue. This is my third Guardian Trek 3 - all had tiller problems. Also, the steering lock pin/socket has broken on all 3. Seating height is very low. Seat foam tears easily. Scooter is slow. No good in thick grass or gravel. Low ground clearance.
Comments:I'm finished with this scooter. Just ordered a Travelscoot and am looking forward to the lighter weight, Li-ion battery and compact foldability.

Sandra from San Juan, Puerto Rico submitted this review on July 16th 2007 at 09:08 PM. Sandra is an end user who has less than a month of experience with the product.
Strengths:Nice style. Lightweight.
Weaknesses:Too compact. I am five feet flat and found it too short. Unable to use in a street. Unreliable tiller. Rides out of my home is a torment.
Comments:Had to return it back and have the original Lynx SX3, instead. Wow, what a difference! I find lightweight scooters dangerous. If not designed for the purpose that a disable person understands it should meet their needs, and the safety measures it should have then don't bother in purchasing one.

Wanda from Oakhurst, CA USA submitted this review on June 3rd 2005 at 01:42 PM. Wanda is an end user who has less than a month of experience with the product.
Strengths:light weight, easily maneuverable, very portable...actually fits in the back seat of my car with the seat folded down. Incredible price.
Weaknesses:A bit short....not for a large person.
Comments:I am going to get a bigger one, but only because of my size,...I am very impressed with this little guy. Took it to Yosemite and use it in the house....works for both.
