ramsey from Toledo,Ohio submitted this review on December 6th 2007 at 11:07 AM. ramsey is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:standing and elevating an additional six inches is the best feature and the only reason i purchased this chair. It is faster than most chairs.
Weaknesses:This is my third levo and they have not heard the comments that i have told them. this chair has broken down many times and especially in the arm rests. The pivit bolts broke off on both sides and it is not an easy fix. the rear wheel gets me stuck in the yard and the rear wheel has to be replaced often. i am a engineer and i have told them how to fix the problems and they think i am an idiot and my ideas are not worth implimenting.
i will look into another chair after this.
Comments:it has the most impotant feature of any chair out there, elevating
an additional six inches.overall it is a chair that requires constant attention.bolts come loose and it breaks in many places. you need to have mechanical abilities to own this chair!

Dan from Andover, Kansas submitted this review on July 14th 2007 at 08:33 PM. Dan is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Small footprint (will fit in my home elevator)
Looks nice
Quick and quiet charging
Flexible posturing
Weaknesses:Reliability: for first 6 months I had the chair I had something break every 3 hours or less of use.
Design: lights are vulnerable, knee rest attach points snag leg with transfers, rear tire kept rolling off of wheel and I had to get an aftermarket tire and wheel to replace the factory tire, numerous bolts work loose and you have to watch it close. etc. Obviously no one living in a power chair was involved in design.
Workmanship: had a "cold weld" break, knee support ripped out (and is unstable)
Electronics: lights come on if you hit a bump and will run battery down if you don't notice that they are on.
Comments:Redman is a better chair but wouldn't fit in my home elevator. I used a Highrider for 10 years before this chair and it was far superior (but they no longer make it).

Bill from Falcon, Mo. USA submitted this review on December 3rd 2005 at 09:04 AM. Bill is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Stable, Fairly Lightweight
Weaknesses:Cables weak, need $25.oo upgrade of all cables. Needs lock tight on all nuts and bolts at pivot joints
Comments:This is a great chair for standing on an everyday basis. Chair could be stronger in certain places, but works well.

john from jackson ms usa submitted this review on August 2nd 2005 at 02:28 PM. john is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:standing feature is great, although it's a little slow going up and down.
Weaknesses:not very durable, have already broken both armrest bolts, and a front caster bolt (thank God i was at home) and the armrests themselves are already shot. the batteries do no last at all, i'm on my third set in just over a years use.
Comments:i expected a more durable product for the money. parts are extremely hard to get, and very expensive. if i had it to do over, i'd look elsewhere.

Strengths:Very great to stand up.
Weaknesses:Hard to get parts. Low quality metal bodyparts. Kneebrace is clumsy. Electronics don't interface with other brands. Armrests crumble apart.
Comments:A wonderful idea poorly crafted. Expensive to repair , hard to get parts.
