Strengths:Does what it is intended for. Is easy to Use. Took it on holiday to Spain and it climbed hills quite easily without a struggle
Weaknesses:Not very good on really uneven roads etc abroad. Aftersales is non-existent
Comments:I purchased a Powerstroll from British-Mobility for my wife who has MS and is confined to a wheelchair. Went on holiday to Spain.
Used Powerstroll with no problem for two days. On third day the Unit dropped with a bang in a pothole which I did not see, which then stopped working. On our return home I notified British-Mobility who said what happened to unit was not covered by warranty and they cannot help me. Phoned makers Powertech to order spare part (churned-up plastic cog) and was told unit was discontined and that I will have to buy a new one
