Strengths:This I swear is the best dang scooter I've ever owned! I have (2)
Gel batteries in it, and it puts the Energizer Bunny to shame! And it's like a Timex....it takes a lick'n but it keeps on tick 'n! Really though this is one bad dude! It will due the job! I weigh 275 lbs and it easily gets me up the back way to Shands at UF Hospital!(Those of you who know about that steep dang hill with a 65% grade) I just glide up the hill "Like it was'nt even there"! I can roll off a curb and it's like ...no problems! " I would never by another brand or make after owning this "Shoprider"!
Weaknesses:"The steering can't take much abuse"! And it only goes about 3 miles per hr. but "You can get lots of miles out of it!" About 27 miles.
Comments:" If you don't try one you'll never know the difference between the shoprider and other brands!"

Strengths:This scooter rates out at 450 pounds. It does the job for a large person. I am tall and big and the seat that comes standard is good and comfortable, adjustable back, front and up and down. It is a stable unit with suspension, this makes a difference! While not a lightweight unit, I use it recreationally to go up and down a fairly steep grade and it does the job. On the straight away it moves out well as well. The foot platform is roomy, when the seat is adjusted well you will be comfortable. Hauls well on the scooter hauler. Hops a regular curb without taking a breath, and runs all over the lawn easily.
Weaknesses:If you need a commuter scooter to go on trains or regular lifts, this guy is probably not for you. If you "drive' well you will have no worries, buy if you bash into stuff expect some scratches. Not a scooter for inside the average home.
Comments:This is the first scooter I had, it is a joy to use and ride. It changed my life, no cramming into the Mart Cart at the store, and it did long rides through the hills very well.
