|Strengths:||A nice looking wheelchair. The seat is capable of going up and down.|
|Weaknesses:||Electronics for the lifting feature requires a better design. Need to press button multiple times before it will work. |
The lifting column required replacement after 8 months and now exactly 1 year later requires replacement for the second time. The first time parts supplied by PRIDE under warranty. This time I must buy the assembly which retails for $3,000 and PRIDE will sell it to me for $2,200.
|Comments:||This happened twice in less then two years, it probably will happen again if I spend that kind of money for repairs. They make nice looking products that do not last without repairs. They charge whatever they wish for parts because they are the only seller.|
