ali from denver, CO submitted this review on June 14th 2007 at 05:58 PM. ali is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:light, durable, easy to use, comfortable,
Weaknesses:none
Comments:Ignore what people above say about not being able to adjust things on the chair. Thats why it is custom fit and light, moving parts add weight. If you want to adjust the axle, back rest etc then buy an adjustable chair, not a bespoke modle. Idiots.
Why you would want to move your axl around???
These chairs are not for new wheelchair users, they are for those that know what their needs are and have used a chair for a while.

TechGuide says: Ouch! Go easy on these folks Ali. Many of them may not have in-depth knowledge of wheelchairs. Many of them may have selected a wheelchair based on the advice of other users, therapirst or dealers only to find that they had been placed in a wheelchair that was wrong or didn't work for them. They are not "idiots". They are merely trying to help others through their own experiences and observations.

Strengths:very light very comfortable I had before K4 with all the accessories but the RGK is much better in every thing
Weaknesses:Their is two things I have problems with the first you cant get adjustable axe like I had in the K4 but you can use to it, the second thing the part that hold the back rest in place is very weak so the pin that hold the folding back in place start to damage the metal so the back rest is not fixed in place like when the chair was new
Comments:this is the best chair you can have i tried alot of chairs before i choose that chair and after I learn how exactly I can fix the size of the chair to my body which is the must important thing in this chair I find out its amaizing chair

Strengths:Very lite easy to get around in, not a lot of parts, so very low maintains chair. This chair served me well for 3years and is the best chair I have used so far.
Weaknesses:The folding back locks come lose easy.
Comments:This is my seventh chait in 25 years,I am C6 quad and find pushing a bit boring after 25 years but when I get into a good chair I look forward to having a push. The RGK Hi Lite is a geat chair.Iam currently looking at a TiLite TRC Titanium as a second chair and I hope it will put some spice into pushing for melike the RGK has. I will post a review on the TiLite TRC Titanium. PS I found this current web page a week ago,has great information and well done

Chad from Medicine Hat, Ab, Canada submitted this review on June 16th 2004 at 11:27 AM. Chad is an end user who has less than a month of experience with the product.
Strengths:The chair is super light, I only had one for about 3 weeks as a trial but it was really quick and nimble.
Weaknesses:Being a custom chair, you couldn't adjust anything if you ever wanted to or needed to.
Comments:I would definatly at least take a look at this chair if you are an active wheelchair user. It can make daily life a whole lot easier.

Reg from Orleans submitted this review on February 26th 2004 at 01:32 PM. Reg is an end user who has less than a month of experience with the product.
Strengths:Ultra light weight, custom made to my specifications, runs true as it has a fixed drive train, durable, least number of moving parts I have ever had on a chair, mono frame is excellent, although multi adjustable models are also available.
Weaknesses:Number of folks in the industry comfortable in measuring and assisting to determine needs.
Comments:Slightly biased overview here ... I work with the product in North America.

Strengths:Light weight, cantilever frame makes it a lot easier to get into a vehicle. Rolls easy, turns really tight.
Weaknesses:
Comments:1 week demo with a chrome moly frame Hi-Lite. Apears to be a very well designed & built chair.
