rear wheel casters wear out fast
lousy customer service
chair cannot be operated with power seat lift elevated so you cannot adjust the height (my Pacesaver Boss allows you to drive with it elevated so I can adjust to a shopping cart or work in the kitchen easily) | | Comments: | They are the only ones who will repair their chairs and I went 5 lbs. over the weight limit and they won't fix it anymore. I had to go out and get another brand. They are very difficult to work with. They have all the parts on the van to make the repair right at your home. | | Weaknesses: | loud motor noise.
