Strengths:Appears to be a good chair, controls easy to operate.
Weaknesses:Warranty and Customer Service
Comments:I purchased a Alero, for a relative, less than 1 year old and discovered, when asked, the company does not warranty used equipment. I had to call about the warranty becuase the company did not respond to an email I sent. Based on the warranty issue, and their lack of a response to the question sent via their company website, I am not sure I would purchase a new one.
