JAMES from STOKE ON TRENT, STAFFORDSHIRE, UK submitted this review on August 14th 2006 at 05:45 AM. JAMES is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Handsome machine, a real head turner, rides brilliant over most terrains, used daily to town and back in comfort with style, nicely sprung on rear too,,and the most responsive machine ive used to date, with easy to use controls.
Weaknesses:Anti-tip wheels set to low, causing hook up when dropping off kerbs,, seat is a bit small, specially the back,,armrests are of no use,,to small,,
Comments:All in all the best machine ive owned out of three,(i miss the sprinter seat), will be taking the arm rests off,, and will crank the tip wheel brackets, to give another inch or so clearance, and look out for higher backed seat.

Roy from England submitted this review on October 28th 2005 at 09:16 AM. Roy is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Stylish, very responsive control, I use it a lot for "walks" in the country and go places it probably wasn't designed for.
Weaknesses:Small seat back and low headrest, no front suspension, short rear view mirror, inaccurate charge monitor.
Comments:It's been a good buy overall and I would recommend it if specification hasn't changed much (I've had mine 3 years). I've chopped the anti-tip wheels off because I believe they can cause sub-frame damage by banging down road kerbs. I don't use arm rests or seat belt because in the event of an accident I would rather chance being thrown clear rather than having 15 stone of scooter crushing me.
When having it serviced make sure the engineer knows to check the lubricant in the rear axle (there's a nipple on top to be removed and hydraulic fluid added).
