Strengths:Easy to use. Candy red looks sporty. Maneuvers easily on city bus. The built-in basket over the battery is very handy. Steady power on all terrian. Can easily clear a speed bump. The shroud is nicely shaped and doesn't rattle around. Stops on a dime when entering elevators.
Weaknesses:The seat cushion lacks comfort. Needs more height settings. Needs a built in safety flag holder like Pride scooters have. Needs softer hand grips. Front basket was too large for my liking, so I removed it.
Comments:Wish it could go faster than 4.5 mph.

Roky from mayberry, nc, usa submitted this review on July 14th 2007 at 02:29 PM. Roky is an end user who has over a year of experience with the product.
Strengths:Lightweight, and easily folds into a small size package for transport. Loads into the back of mini-van or medium sized trunk; with a small hoist. Can be loaded manually into the luggage bay of a bus easily. Fits through most of the cruise ship doors. Travels by plane well, most airlines' employees say it is the easiest to load from the door of the plane. Arm rest can be left home to make it a little sportier, seat is easy to swivel with a large pull up catch. If not more than 160 pounds it will take a licking and keep on ticking. Have run over tresholds and hit the frame hard, but it doesn't seem to care. Sets low to the ground for good stability in a high speed turn.
Weaknesses:The seat cushion is not enough for long periods of seat-time. Be prepared to add more cushion material; that can fit under the seat cover. Does not have the battery power for all day excursions on the move, but for it's size it has speed and lasting power. Light enough for someone to help you get it home if the juice runs low. Sets low to the ground, so it can catch on the frame in some situations.
Comments:Traveled with mine, from Hawaii to the Carribean. Flew with it more than 20 times, and have took it on 5 cruises. It is the smallest of the big scooters, and the largest of the small scooters. This makes it versatile and great for most situations; but, remember it not as good on the long haul as one of the larger, more heavy scooters; but a lot easier to manuver and transport. It is not as easy to transport as one of the most light weight scooters, but it does have more speed and endurance.
